General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. The recurring diarrhea you are experiencing could either be due to an infection, requiring antibiotic treatment or is a sign of an underlying malabsorption problem, such as lactose intolerance.
I recommend you start by completely removing milk products from your diet for a week and see if there is an improvement.
If the diarrhea continues, then, by all means see a doctor for a stool test and an antibiotic prescription.

I hope this helps.
Wishing you all the best
